Spiderman saved New York City from a catastrophe.

New York City has been hit by a tidal wave. It was yesterday afternoon; surely many Yorkers were in the street at that time and several kids returning from school. Had it not been for Spiderman, it could have meant the total destruction of the city.

I was in my office, looking out the window trying to find inspiration for my newspaper article. The day was sunny; the people who walked the streets seemed happy, the children ran from side to side, everything was very calm. Then something strange happened, suddenly the blue sky turned gray, and looking through the huge building, almost beyond the horizon a wave began to form. It was so fantastic that I had time to react! It was moving towards the shore increasingly larger and more strongly ...and in the same way completely devastated the city.

The city was completely under water, the surface was above the top of the skyscrapers. The windows of my office began to crack, I watched with fear my surroundings ... there was no escape, it was the end…
And there he was, under all that amounts of water on the other side of my glass, Spiderman.
I could not believe my eyes!
He rescued all the victims, who were flooded, leading them to the top of the Empire State. I was shocked face of this situation, when suddenly someone took me strongly around the waist and breaking the glass. The water invaded me, and from that moment I don’t remember anything else than someone masked. I guess it had to be Spiderman. When I opened my eyes, all you saw was blue sky with bright sunshine. It seemed that nothing had happened. Everyone was as amazed as I was, however, looking down; the streets were made a mess. What seemed a dream had really happened and it was thanks to Spiderman, that man who is always so heroic and always is there when someone needs him, we are still alive.

With its ability to adhere to the walls, a sixth sense just like spiders that alerts him the danger, balance, speed, strength and agility, that hero is always ready to save people in danger.

I couldn’t believe what had happened, and looking to the horizon, there he was jumping from building to building with his red and blue costume. It was him, I'm sure.

I hope one day I could talk to him, and thanks him for this, and also for savimg the world every day.
